OrderPilot is a desktop application that helps freight-forwarding staff automate order entry from a Google Sheets spreadsheet into the GicHiQ+ system. This policy explains how OrderPilot handles your data, including data obtained through Google APIs.

1. Information we access

• Google Sheets content (read-only) — only the spreadsheet you explicitly specify. Used to read your order rows so they can be entered into GicHiQ+. Scope: spreadsheets.readonly.
• Your Google account email address — used only to display which account is authorized inside the app. Scope: userinfo.email.

OrderPilot requests read-only access and never modifies, creates, or deletes your spreadsheets.

2. How we use the information

Google user data is used solely to provide the app's core, user-facing feature: reading your order data and entering it into GicHiQ+ on your computer. The email is shown so you can confirm the connected account.

3. Storage and security

• OAuth tokens are stored only on your own computer, encrypted using your operating system's secure storage.
• Spreadsheet content is processed locally on your computer and is not uploaded to us or any third party.
• We (the developer) do not operate a server that receives your Google data.

4. Sharing

OrderPilot does not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with any third party. It is not used for advertising, ad targeting, credit-worthiness, or lending purposes, and is not transferred to data brokers.

5. Limited Use disclosure

OrderPilot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Revoking access

You can revoke OrderPilot's access at any time inside the app (Settings → 取消授權), which deletes the locally stored token, or from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7. Changes

If our data practices change, we will update this policy and request renewed consent before any new use of your data.

OrderPilot 是一款桌面應用程式，協助貨運承攬人員把 Google 試算表中的訂單自動建入 GicHiQ+ 系統。本政策說明本程式如何處理你的資料，包含透過 Google API 取得的資料。

1. 我們會存取的資料

• Google 試算表內容（唯讀）——僅限你明確指定的那份試算表，用於讀取訂單列以建入 GicHiQ+。範圍：spreadsheets.readonly。
• 你的 Google 帳號 email——僅用於在程式內顯示目前授權的帳號。範圍：userinfo.email。

本程式只要求唯讀權限，絕不修改、新增或刪除你的試算表。

2. 使用方式

Google 使用者資料僅用於提供本程式的核心、使用者可見功能：在你的電腦上讀取訂單資料並建入 GicHiQ+。email 僅供你確認已連結的帳號。

3. 儲存與安全

• OAuth token 僅儲存在你自己的電腦，並以作業系統的安全儲存機制加密。
• 試算表內容只在你的電腦本機處理，不會上傳給我們或任何第三方。
• 開發者並未架設任何接收你 Google 資料的伺服器。

4. 分享

本程式不會販售、出租或將你的 Google 使用者資料分享給任何第三方，亦不用於廣告、廣告投放、信用評估或放貸用途，也不會轉移給資料仲介。

5. Limited Use 聲明

本程式對於透過 Google API 取得之資訊的使用與移轉，皆遵循 Google API Services User Data Policy，包含其 Limited Use 要求。

6. 取消授權

你可隨時在程式內（設定 → 取消授權）撤銷授權，這會刪除本機儲存的 token；也可至 Google 帳戶權限頁移除。

7. 變更

若資料處理方式變更，我們會更新本政策，並在任何新用途實施前重新取得你的同意。
